At Jamele we strive to provide all your skin health requirements. Our treatment rooms are peaceful & air-conditioned for your comfort, a place to escape & soothe your mind & relax your body. Our team of fully qualified professional therapists are caring & eager to help.

Operating Hours
Monday - Saturday weekly. Late nights to 7.30pm Tuesday & Thursday. After hours appointments are available on request.

Products
We use & sell five world-renowned professional treatment ranges; Jane Iredale Minerals, Environ, Sothys, Janesce & Joyce Blok each containing active ingredients of vitamins, plant extracts & marine components. All are guaranteed for quality, we will provide you with the most up to date treatments & services available world wide to restore the health & beauty of your skin.

Appointments
To ensure that you get an appointment time to suit you & with the therapist you want please phone well in advance. For the same reason we recommend that you schedule your next appointment before you leave Jamele, The Skin Care Centre.

Cancellations
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. For no shows or last minute cancellations a fee may be charged.

Returns Policy
Jamele, The Skin Care Centre will exchange or refund goods that are only in resalable condition, i.e. unopened & unused, but sorry, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used or opened unless they are faulty. Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase date.

Courier Service
For your convenience we offer a nationwide delivery service. Purchase request can be made by email to skincare@jamele.co.nz. Gift vouchers may also be delivered.

Children in the Salon
To ensure you get the most out of your time with us, and in consideration of other clients we respectfully request that you make arrangements for your children to be cared for while you are with us.
